Refund & Return Policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

We've got you covered if something goes wrong:

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Mydogisfuckingperfect@gmail.com with:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number

We'll arrange a free reprint or a refund depending on the situation.

Lost packages: If your package hasn't arrived, please reach out within 1 week after the estimated delivery window (30 days for US orders, 45 days for international). We'll investigate and resolve it.

We cannot cover:

• Wrong size/color ordered by the customer
• Minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inches)
• Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
